We pre-pay the provider for every order. Because of this, wallet balance is not cash-outable and no cash refunds are issued under any circumstance. When an order fails or is canceled by the provider, the cost is automatically credited back to your balance. When your balance runs out mid-order, remaining money spent by your service is transferred to you as "balance debt" and repaid from the next deposit.
All orders must be delivered to public accounts and public links. You are fully responsible for providing a correct and working link — if you submit a private account, a wrong link, or a link that the service cannot process, the order is considered delivered and no credit is given.
